A Zero Tangent conveyor is a unique type of conveyor designed specifically for bends, eliminating the need for a straight run before a bend. Unlike other conveyor types that can require up to 400mm of straight run before a bend, Zero Tangent conveyors offer a space-saving solution. They are available in two styles of construction: fabric belt and modular belt.
The fabric belt style provides a reliable and flexible option for bend-only conveyors. However, for tighter turning radii that are typically unattainable with fabric belts, the modular belt style is employed, utilizing the Intralox Series 2100 ZERO TANGENT™ Radius Flat Top belt. This specialized modular belt allows for a very tight turning radius of 600mm.
