The Automac ATE series Tray Erectors automatically fold and glue a ‘blank’ into a tray or box. Our Tray Erectors are used in industries where large volumes of packaging are required, the horticulture sector is the single largest user of our machinery.
Our machines use the latest servo motor technology to form trays. This allows our machines to be extremely fast, flexible and energy-efficient. Many of our machines can run at speeds of 60 trays per minute (3600t/hour) and can still be size changed with ease.
Our Tray Erectors can run boxes on demand, or feed directly into an Automac Inserter or Stacker.
