Automac Case Sealers are designed to glue seal HSC boxes closed. They can be configured to seal the top of a box or both the top and bottom. HSC boxes are typically used in the horticultural industry and are particularly common in apple packing, as they allow for fruit boxes to be filled to different heights.
As random height boxes are conveyed into the Case Sealer the machine automatically adjusts to accommodate for the different height boxes and applies hotmelt glue and seals the box closed.
The machine also has a tray bypass function, this allows trays of fruit that don’t require sealing to pass through the machine.
