When production volumes are high, a fully automated case packer is generally the right choice in packing solution. Our case packers will allow you to place a variety of packaged product directly into cases and trays. A case packer will reduce your labour costs and enable you to achieve faster and more consistent production. A case packer works by collating and orientating product into the correct layout for packing. A robotic gripper then grips the product and places it into a case or tray. Once full, the case or tray is then conveyed away for closing and/or sealing.

We specialize in ‘top load’ case packing.  Typically top loading is done with a robot.  This style of case packing allows our solutions to be extremely flexible.  Not only from a packing perspective but also from the utilization of floor space.
