A tray erector automates the process of erecting trays and has the advantage of reducing labour costs and increasing production efficiency. To date, tray erectors have only been capable of erecting glued trays as interlocking glue-less trays have generally been too complicated to erect using automation. Because of the additional expense of a necessary glue machine, traditional tray erectors were only viable for higher volume requirements. We are proud to be the first to offer you an innovative tray erector, unique to Automac, which makes it possible to automate the erection of glue-less interlocking trays. This development now offers a viable alternative to those with lower volume requirements.
